Close to half a decade Niladri is working on various Architectural works with Rupa in detail working drawing as being college fresh from PMCA cuttack ,Now Niladri has gone for further study for Master Degree on Landscape Architecture at School Of Planning and Architecture, Vijawada, Andhra Pradesh. He is a member of Council of Architecture and Indian Institute of Architects
