Malay is having 37 years of experience in Structural Design of RCC and STEEL Structure using STAAD III and STAAD PRO Software. He is associated with some prestigious projects like Proposed 152.5 Meter High RCC & steel Tower at Bellilius Park Howrah, Extension of Domurjala Stadium & 24 Storeys Helipad Platform at Howrah in association with IIEST. He had in his credit a lot of Telecom Tower Design including Foundation system since inception of this sector in the year 1995 when Modi Telstra arrived in Kolkata circle. Design of MONO POLE Tower on roof top is his design during 1998. Master in Structural Engineering from IIEST and worked with GHERZI EASTERN LIMITED, KOLKATA as Design Engineer & Lead it up to 1999
