Nilmoni after graduating worked a consultancy firm 19years in GHERZI EASTERN LTD. Counterpart of GHERZI ORGANISATION,ZURICH,
MILESTONE:
2010: Founded this company in Kolkata,West Bengal based on his experience in Non Telecom and Telecom sector mainly in infrastructure.
2018: Open Guwahati office
NILMONI MONDAL
Nilmoni with his 42years of working experience blended with core stream of Civil Engineering and telecom infrastructure innovated and implemented the PRE-FABRICATED SHELTER with MM group in the year of 1998 which is the 1st of kind in Telecom Sector then. Concept of MONO POLE and its 1st of kind again in Telecom Sector has been used as RTT, is still on position at Kolkata sector.
He is a Chartered Engineer as MIE, registered in “The Institution of Engineers (India)” M-063528-0,Chartered Valuer as FIV, registered in “The Institution of Valuers,India” F-4008, Civil Engineer, registered in New Town Development Authority(NKDA),enrolment no is CVER/NKDA/10/00060 and MIGS registered in “Indian Geotechnical Society” LM-4566,
A proactive leader and planner with experience of over 36 years in NON TELECOM SECTOR mainly Construction Industry. As Business Developer of this company, he has taken the charge of Entire Assam and North East Circle to develop the business in TELECOM and NON TELECOM SECTOR. He was a director in “STEEL ENGINEERS” in Guwahati, where he completed many construction like Railway Bridges, Government multi-storeyed building etc.

She is a member of Council of Architecture and Indian Institute of Architects. Also she is associated with various renowned companies. M.N. Consultant from Kolkata is one her association. She is also registered in HIDCO.
Close to half a decade Niladri is working on various Architectural works with Rupa in detail working drawing as being college fresh from PMCA cuttack ,Now Niladri has gone for further study for Master Degree on Landscape Architecture at School Of Planning and Architecture, Vijawada, Andhra Pradesh.

Bimal Das
Close to a one and half decade Bimal has blended his experience by involve himself in multi directional work with his various field of knowledge such as Soil Investigation and dedication in its Laboratory test. He is also having a strong expertise in GIS, DGPS, TS and Mapping work using Map-info Software. He has alone handled the New Project of Proposed OFC layout ROW survey of 4000Km on behalf of RJIO at North East Circle. Drone survey is one kind of his latest involvement in NON TELECOM SECTOR on behalf of EASTERN RAILWAY is also a part of blended work to insert a new feather to his existing experience.
Prof Saibal Ghosh was the Head of the Department of Civil Engineering IIEST, Shibpur formerly known as Bengal Engineering College Shibur, Howrah from 2005 to 2008 and was Bijay-Asu chair Professor / Visiting Professor till his retirement from .service on 31.12.2018
Dr Ghosh has supervised a good number of PhD and more than 100 Masters and in numerous BTech research projects. During his association with the Civil Engineering Department he had lead a lot of Prestigious Projects like Kolghat Thermal Power, Bakreswar Thermal Power including Technical Building for WBPDCIL etc as consultant. Dr, Ghosh is considered as one of the pioneer in the field of Modern Structural Design of Microwave Towers. Dr. Ghosh is presently associated with Structural consultancy projects like 152.5m High Bellilus Park Tower, 24 Storeys Helipad Platform at Howrah and Extension of Dumurjala Stadium.
